We receive several inquiries for date availability; however, dates are only officially booked when the booking deposit is received. We book dates on a first come first served basis. Whatever your budget, we will make every attempt to customize a package within your price range when we speak with you. We look forward to serving you!

LUXURIOUS PARTY PACKAGE - $1,299
Recommended for large reception venues which are an estimated size of a school gymnasium, for groups of up to approximately 300+ guests. This package includes the Illuminated 10 foot front DJ Glowing Façade Panels, (prepared to compliment your bridal colors), 2 Illuminated Party Light Columns, 2 Extra Large powered subwoofers, 2 Extra Large 4 ft. speakers, 2 laptops & 2 professional controllers, 2 wireless mics, maximum party light show and glow.
OPULENT PARTY PACKAGE - $1,100
Recommended for reception venues which are an estimated size of half of a basketball court of a school gymnasium or smaller, for groups of up to approximately 150 - 200 guests. This Package includes the Illuminated front DJ Façade Panels, (prepared to compliment your bridal colors), 2 or more Illuminated Party Light Columns, 2 modern state of the art full range column speakers in wedding white, 2 laptops & 2 Professional Controllers, 2 wireless mics, maximum party light show and glow. (2 Extra Lg. 4 ft. speakers may be substituted in some scenarios, depending upon actual room size, acoustics or the number of guests, upon consultation.)
ACADIANA ELEGANCE - *$1000
Recommended for small to mid sized reception venues, or for groups up to approximately 100 guests for up to 5 hours, and located within the Louisiana Acadiana area. (Additional travel rates may apply to this package outside of Acadiana, or outside of Louisiana.) Recommended for daytime weddings. This package includes our elegantly customized wedding white 10 foot DJ Front glow display facade, 2 Illuminated Party Light Columns should your event go past dusk allowing for time to enjoy a display of lights in the late evening, 2 modern state of the art full range column speakers in wedding white, 2 laptops and 2 Professional Controllers, with 2 wireless mics.
THE EMERALD - $900
(Recommended for 1-5 hour wedding receptions located within the Louisiana Acadiana area. Comes with basic beautiful lights and 5 ft lighted glow display. (Additional travel rates may apply to this package outside of Acadiana, or outside of Louisiana.)

WHEN YOU BOOK WITH US, AS OUR CLIENT, CALL OR TEXT AT ANY TIME!
All planning consultations are included within these packages, which consists of a main planning meeting, (whether in person or remotely via Facetime, etc... [to minimize travel expenses]) and if needed, a follow up meeting as we near your event. All packages include unlimited access via text messages, phone calls and emails. During our consultations, we offer expert advice, we listen to you and we customize your ceremony / reception to your wishes.
WEDDING CEREMONY MUSIC PRICING OPTIONS:
If booking Guidry Entertainment for "both" (the Ceremony and Reception), and if the Ceremony is in the exact same indoor room as the reception, our Pro DJ will play sound recordings (selected in advance through consultations), by employing the same PA equipment already in place for use during the cocktail hour and/or dance party reception, for the additional price of $150. This price includes a wireless microphone for the officiant to use.
If booking Guidry Entertainment for "both" (the Ceremony and Reception), and if the Ceremony is to be held outdoors, or in a different room other than the indoor reception location, we will provide additional sound PA equipment in that additional/alternate location for the additional price of $300. This price includes a wireless microphone for the officiant to use.
EXTRA UPLIGHTING FOR THE RECEPTION/EVENT ROOM:

OUR PHOTO SHARING STATION FROM $400-$600:

Our photo booth digitally captures pictures, GIFS, boomerangs and 15 second short videos of each guest and displays it on their phone within 1 minute of "striking a pose". As a collective bonus, by the end of the entire event, EVERYONE in attendance who enters our photo booth sharing station, will be able to view everyone else's pictures, GIFS, boomerangs and short videos, along with the host of the event. Our "all digital" photo sharing station is sleek, modern, compact and without a doubt, a real crowd pleaser! It captures hundreds of professionally photographed images!
OUTDOOR EVENTS WEATHER AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATION:
As per all outdoor events, in the threat of rain or following a significant rain, Guidry Entertainment, LLC is unable to subject audio / photography equipment to moisture, and must be guaranteed the ability to secure all assets into a dry location, with coverage from above and side wall protection from whipping "sideways" rain and ground water accumulation.
BOOKING DETAILS:
"Reserve Your Date" - Deposit
A $100 Non Refundable Deposit is required to book and reserve a wedding date. All payments may be remitted via PayPal, unless other provisions are made in advance. In PayPal, search for "guidryentertainment@gmail.com", "Adrion Guidry" or (337) 280-5692". The amount is applied toward your final total bill and is Non Refundable. We often get inquiries for the same wedding date. These dates are only tentative unless a deposit is rendered to reserve your wedding date on our calendar. However, if you are not sure "right now" about all of the options you want in your contract and need a little bit of flexibility or require more time to decide which package you want to create, but you know that you want to book Guidry Entertainment and you do not want to lose your wedding date... the $100 Deposit, holds your date, while you are finalizing the details of what specific service options you want us to provide. You can upgrade any package after reserving your date while you decide what specific service options (i.e. Ceremony music, Live Vocalist, Rehearsal Supper music, Reception, Photo Booth), you want for your event, because these details will become the contents of your contract with us. ONCE YOU RESERVE YOUR DATE, YOU MAY SCHEDULE YOUR PLANNING & ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING
After you have reserved your date, you may now schedule your main Planning and Consultation meeting to customize your wedding at any time you prefer. This meeting should take place no later than approximately 6 weeks - 1 month prior to your wedding, or sooner if desired. Clients and potential clients may email, call or text us at anytime if in need of our assistance in answering any questions regarding our services.
At least 50% of the total price for services is due at least 6 months before your event.
All deposits are applied toward your total bill and are nonrefundable. The final payment in full is due no later than 30 days prior to the wedding date. Contract
A General Contract may be drafted and signed after the $100 "date booking" non refundable deposit is received. Once the specific package and selected services are chosen, a final contract can be rendered. The contract lists the price(s) and selected services chosen. Packages may be upgraded.
